Shell Script Generator

Overview

This form helps to generate a shell script for job submission.

To find out the resources assigned to your account, log on to the server and execute the myinfo command.

Input checks

There are no input checks for this generator ie. if the input for CPU is 99 cores, a script that asks for 99 cores will be given. Warnings will be shown based on QOS provided (if recognised), but they do not prevent script generation.

For jupyter notebook submissions

The Anaconda environment will be required. Refer to Job submission (conda) when entering the modules and packages required for the job.
